Using Zumelia
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use Zumelia in line with applicable laws. You are responsible for content you post and money you send.
Community rules
Do not harass, scam, spam, impersonate others, upload illegal content, or attempt to abuse payments. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Payments & gifts
Wallet top-ups via bank transfer may stay pending until confirmed. Sends from available balance can complete instantly. Zumelia is not a bank; balances are for in-app use. Chargebacks, fraud, or false payment proofs may reverse credits and limit access.
Service changes
Features may change, pause, or end as we improve Zumelia. We are not liable for indirect damages from outages or third-party providers to the extent allowed by law.
