Information we collect
Account details you provide (such as name, username, and email), profile content you post, messages and media you send in Zumelia, device and usage data needed to run the service, and payment-related records when you fund a wallet or send money (including bank proof images you upload for review).
How we use information
To operate chat, live, business, gifts, and wallet features; to secure accounts; to review payment proofs; to provide support; and to improve reliability and spam/abuse prevention. We do not sell your private messages.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, storage, and analytics) to run Zumelia. Payment proofs may be reviewed by authorized admins to credit wallets. We may disclose information if required by law or to prevent harm.
Your choices
You can update profile information, control who you connect with, and contact support to ask about access or deletion requests. See Support.
